Born 1934 in Singapore and graduated from the Nanyang Academy of Fine Art in 1953. His major art commissions include aluminium relief murals for a fleet of 20 Singapore Airlines Boeing 747s, enamel frieze at Orchard MRT Station and fiberglass relief murals in Shangri-La Hotel, Singapore. His work is also in the permanent collection of the Singapore Art Museum. more on Chieu and his works

Born in 1939 and graduated from the Nanyang Academy of Fine Art ("NAFA"). He is a part time Western Art lecturer of NAFA and very accomplished artist who explores in Chinese painting, calligraphy, watercolor, oil and acrylic paintings over a period of 40 years. Tong's artworks capture the rapidly evolving landscape of Singapore and document meticulously the happenings of these times. Known for his unique artistic style and excellent painting techniques, today he is one of the outstanding and highly collected artists in Singapore. Penang born and was educated in Taiwan and England where he received his education in Fine Art and in Interior Design. His art works use watercolours as the main medium and many depict local heritage street scenes of Penang and Singapore as well as fishing villages.
